What's Going On At The IGA?

Whoops! We mean "What's Going On At The Ross Granville Market?" The siding has been removed from the front and a new foundation has been put in place. They are building an addition and you can see the plans below.

The facade of the "new" store will be in keeping with the style of Granville. There will be separate entrance and exit doors.

Click here to view the complete plan for the Ross Granville Market addition.

The new addition will add a customer service area, office space, and an area for storage of the shopping carts.

good prices too

For a small town grocery, the IGA has very good prices in addition to a real good selection. With the price of gas, it's not only convenient, it's a good deal. And the counter service is almost always quicker than at a chain. We're lucky to have the Ross family.

I didn't notice any solar panels in the design work.

Aren't these the same folks who drove Fuller's, Sargent's and Welsh's out of the grocery business in the revered historic downtown Granville?

How dare they expand at the last second...

Maybe there's an offer on the table for a 'major chain' to come in and take over.

Hmmmmm.

Interesting choice of words

"revered historic downtown Granville" -

Your choice of words says volumes.

Great job Ross family

Great improvement by a locally-owned business.

Always glad to patronize the Ross Granville Market. Not only do they have a great selection, but since they are locally-owned the dollars stay here rather than going off to some other county or state.

Thanks Ross family.

Excellent store....

I'm glad to see them continue to thrive.

excellent improvement

Congrats to the Ross family on this well-thought out improvement.
